My Story

   This is my second year at Indian Creek. Previously I worked at a small 
independent school in Montgomery County, Maryland where I taught history and 
math for four years.  
Before that I taught U.S. history and math in two Prince George's 
County Middle Schools for 31 years.

   My wife Peggy and I have been married for 36 years and have two 
children.  Jason teaches history and coaches basketball in Montgomery 
County, and Amy teaches 5th grade at Germantown Elementary School in 
Annapolis.

   When I am not teaching, I am probably playing golf, reading, playing more 
golf or coaching the Upper School golf team. Oh...and I went fishing once.  

I look forward to my second year at Indian Creek being as enjoyable as the 
first.

Class Mission

The mission for my class is to teach you time travel through the study of 
history and to help you make sense of the world around you.
