Season Record: 4-8
We had a great first season that saw us field 17 players during a 12 game
schedule. Of those 17 players, at least 5 or 6 had either never played
soccer or never played organized soccer. Consequently, we had some trying
moments against some of the better, more experienced teams that we faced.
However, the team as a whole and all the individual players made constant
improvement throughout the season, especially our girls who had limited
prior experience. This enabled us to be competitive in 7 of our 12 games,
winning 4 and suffering 3 close losses by the score of 1-0.
