The objectives of the SPARK (Sports, Play, and Active Recreation for Kids)
Program are for the students to:
a. Develop and maintain acceptable levels of physical fitness
b. Develop a variety of basic movement and manipulative skills so students
will experience successs and feel comfortable during present and future
physical activity pursuits
c. Develop the ability to get along with others in movement environments,
share space and equipment
We will use individual activities, group games, large and small object
manipulatives, and rhythmics to help achieve these goals.
We will also be doing Brain Gym Activities.
