Brain Gym is a series of simple body movements used to integrate all areas
of the brain to enhance learning and to build sef-esteem. The activities
enhance the three dimesions of brain functioning (laterality- left and right
sides of the brain, centering- coordination of the top and bottom parts of
the brain, and focus- coordination of the receptive with the expressive
areas of the brain.
"Bal-A-Vis-X is a series of Balance/Auditory/Vision eXercises, of varied
complexity, most of which are deeply rooted in rhythm. The exercises
delveloped by Bill Hubert are based upon the principles of Brain Gym. The
program utilizes racquetballs, beanbags, and balance boards.
