My Story

After retiring from teaching physical education in Anne Arundel County 
Public Schools, I came to Indian Creek six years ago. In addition to being 
exicted about teaching PE, I like the flexibility in being able to teach 
swimming to the lower school clubs, CPR and First Aid to the Middle School, 
and Brain Gym/Bal-A-Vis-X.

After graduating from the University of Connecticut with a B.S. in 
Elementary Education, I attended the University of Maryland for 
graduate/master's work in physical education and adapted physical education.

I have one son who is an alumnae of Indian Creek and is presently in law 
school in Florida. My husband drives one of the Indian Creek School buses 
after retiring from Goddard.

We have five dogs and one cat.

My major love is swimming/aquatics and I hope to come back in my next life 
as a dolphin!
