Welcome to my website! I'm glad you want to know more about me.
The 2008 - 2009 school year will be my 14th year at ICS. You may know that
my husband is also a teacher (and now Upper School Admissions Director) here
at ICS and our daughter is a 8th grader here as well. Our son is enjoys
playing at home each day.
As Director of Performing Arts, my current responsibilities at ICS include:
Middle School Chorus, Middle School musical, Upper School Chorus, Upper
School Musical,Upper School Theory Class and Upper School Jazz Band.
In addition to my work at ICS, I have a number of other jobs that include:
Director of the junior division of the Annapolis Youth Chorus, Vocal
instructor at the Spark Center for Performing Arts, Soloist and Youth Choir
director at St. Anne's Episcopal Church, and I have a private voice
studio.
I am also a soloist and member of the Annapolis Chorale and Chamber Chorus.
This activity is fun for me since my former career was as a
classical/operatic singer.
