Tours
A visit is worth a
thousand words …...
We encourage you to
visit our school before submitting an application.
Tours are conducted by appointment only, Monday through Friday at 9:45 a.m.
during the school year.
Please call the school office at 301-840-8448 and we will be happy to schedule
your tour.
Admissions Process

After your tour, we
look forward to receiving your application.
Please return your completed application to the school along with the
non-refundable $50.00 application fee. We accept applications throughout the
year.
If there are no openings when we receive your application, you will be
notified and we will keep your application on file.

Upon receipt of
your application, we will contact you to schedule a school visit for your
child.
The purpose of these visits is to introduce both you and your child to the
Montessori environment.
If your child feels comfortable during the visit, we encourage you to leave
the classroom and wait in our office area until the visit is completed.
Visits are typically done during morning school hours and last approximately
20 to 45 minutes.

Priority is given
to siblings, alum and families with a letter of introduction.

Notification of
your child’s admissions status will be sent to you once your child’s visit has
been completed.
Age Requirements

Children applying
for our Little Jeffersonian program must be two years old by September 1st.
Children do not need to be toilet trained for our two-year-old program.

Children applying
for our Montessori program must be three years old by September 1st
and must be completely toilet trained.
