This quarter, you will be require to complete 1 of the activities below by the
due date specified. This activity will be included in your overall notebook
grade (10 points).
Past to Present: Glue in a newspaper/magazine article that relates to the
unit being studied. Write a 5-7 sentence explanation of the article and how it
relates to class content.
Quoted: Glue in or copy a portion of a primary source from the unit being
studied. Write a 5-7 sentence explanation of the quote and place it in
historical context.
A Picture is Worth a Thousand Words: Glue in a visual (painting or picture)
that relates to the unit being studied. Write a 5-7 sentence explanation of
the visual and how it relates to class content.
I’ve Been There: Visit a historic site that relates to the unit being studied.
