The second set of Parent/Teacher conferences will be held at Marriotts Ridge High School on February 7th and February 8th 2008. 

Conference Times:

Scheduling for parent/teacher conferences will begin on Wednesday, January 30th at 3:30 p.m. and end on Thursday, February 7th at 9:00 a.m. via PickATime.   A hard copy of PickATime instructions will be available online at www.marriottsridge.net, the directions for using PickATime will be listed along with the direct link to PickATime.

Conferences are booked in 15 minute blocks with 10 minutes to conference and 5 minutes to travel between classes. Since not all teachers work the same conferencing schedule, please check your child’s individual teachers’ schedules for available conference dates and times.

Prior to registering for conferences you will need your student’s ID number (including the leading 0’s) and the child’s birthday (using this format xx/xx/xxxx).  ID numbers can be found on the report card and student schedule.  Student ID’s CANNOT be given out over the telephone.  Parents may come into school with proper identification and obtain their student’s ID number from the Front Office or the Student Services Office.

Prior to February 7th if you need to cancel, please be sure to use the online system of PickATime. After November 7th if you need to cancel, please call the Student Services office at 410-313-5446 during regular school hours.  Due to the number of scheduled conferences, walk-in conferences will not be available.  

Please call the CounselingCenter if you encounter technical problems while scheduling your conferences.

PickATime will open for parents to make conferences on Wednesday, January 30th.   You will be unable to make conferences prior to that date
