This course helps entering ninth graders adapt to the increased rigors of
high school, and supports tenth through twelth graders to be prepared for
both classroom studies and the many forms of standardized testing. High
School Students will learn to reduce their stress, improve their self-
confidence, and improve their classroom performance. This skills-based
approach helps students move to the next level of competency, whether they
are struggling or are taking advanced level classes.
