Earth Space HW

Every Friday your child will bring home a homework packet. (This may vary if
your child is in an "A" day or "B" day class since I don't see them every
Friday.) Listed are homework assignments for the week which may be completed
at his or her convenience.  On the following Thursday/Friday, I will collect
the packet. Please sign after you have looked over your child's homework and
can verify that it is completed.  All challenges listed on the cover sheet are
extra credit. Your child may complete one challenge each week. 

4th quarter:
GT Research Project: Informative paper due 4/29.
Extra Credit: Star Party! Family Field Trip. Sponsored by Howard Co Astronomy
League.- 4/20, 5/18, 6/15 Alpha Ridge Park; at sunset.  If you cannot see the
stars there will not be a party.  Take your extra credit questions.  June 15,
Solar Party  from 1-4pm at RNC Green Roof.  6692 Cedar Lane Columbia, MD.

 You will need to complete 5 article summaries. Please EXACTLY follow the
format presented to you from your handout.  The summaries are due on TURN IT
IN by the due date.  No hard copies will be excepted.  Computers are available
for you at school for your use.  All 5 articles are open on 1/11 and may be
submitted any time before the due date.
