| Homework is given Monday-Thursday. The children all have a
homework folder with assignments in it. Each day the children will fill in
their "Mega Planner," detailing the assignments for that night.
A spelling quiz will be given on Friday each week.
Each child should be reading 15 minutes a night alone or with a parent.
Monthly book reports are sent home at the beginning of each month and will
be due towards the end of the month.
Homework should not take more than 30 minutes each night.
Try to empty folders of corrected work.

Spelling Homework Format
1. Monday - Sort words as many ways as you can. Write the sorts in
your spelling journal.
2. Tuesday - Write the sight words 3 times.
3. Wednersday - Use each sight word in a good sentence and underline
the spelling word.
4. Thursday - Ask an adult to give you a practice spelling test.
5. Always try your very best!
