A Look Forward to the 2007-2008 School Year… Linda Pelzman:
•Regularly collaborates with teachers and administrators to review, assess
the mathematics program and adapt it to individual student needs
•Supports teachers in implementing, and refining the use of instructional
resources and strategies to meet the math needs of our diverse student
population
•Collaborates with teachers to monitor and to analyze individual student
progress in mathematics
•Interprets assessment information to develop individualized
student “success strategies” and to inform the instructional program in
mathematics
•Organizes math meetings with Lower School teachers
•Collaborates with Lower School teachers in the classrooms to ensure best
practices in mathematics
