 How can I know what assignments my child has in art?
All assignments, directions, and due dates are listed on the Project Master 
list given out at the beginning of each new studio project.

 How is my child graded in art?
50% Studio Projects 
Project are graded using an Assessment Rubric handed 
out at the beginning of the studio project.  This rubric is based on the 
characteristics of the style/genre of art we are studying with the unit.
20% Homework   
Homework assignments are graded on a 5 point scale.  
30% Class Participation   
3 points can be earned each day for arriving prepared, participating in 
discussions, and using studio time productively.

Students may ask questions during or after class and students may email me 
at any time.
