I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education from Towson
State. I have been teaching for 18 years. I've taught Kindergarten, as well
as Grades 1, 2, and 3. I've also been the Director of two Daycare Centers,
pioneered a preschool for four year olds, and ran a children's ministry. My
family attends Central Christian.My husband,Tim and I have been married for 19
years and we have two daughters attending O.B.C.A. Hannah is in 10th grade,
and Katie is in 8th grade. I love to make learning fun!
I live by the motto, "Live Laugh, Love"so I teach that to the children.Jesus
gives us true abundant life - John 10:10. Jesus loves us unconditionally and
calls us to love others with His love - I Corinthians 13. The Lord gives us
His joy in every situation- Nehemiah 8:10. I pray daily for my students to
grow in a personal relationship with Jesus and be filled with His life and
love, and share that joy with others! I want students to see the creativity
of God and His order in every subject taught.It is my hope for each student
to reach their full potential academically and spiritually, and be fully
prepared for third grade.
