Step 1

Calculating your Body Mass Index (BMI)

Step 1

What is your accurate height and weight? You will use an interactive tool
to calculate your body mass index, or BMI.

When you use the tool you must type in your height and your weight and then click "calculate". Write your body mass index number after it is calculated on the tool.

Now, click here to go to the interactive BMI calculator. Remember to click the back arrow to return to this page.

A BMI of 25.0-29.9 is considered "overweight". A BMI of 30.0 or greater is considered "obese". What category is your BMI?

Now, click "step 2" on the navigation bar at the top of this page to go on to the next phase of your quest.
