What time is Band?
Check the Instrumental Music schedule posted on the bulletin board outside
the Instrumental Music Room 178. Band classes are 30 minutes long, and meet
two times a week. The schedule will rotate so that students will not be
pulled from the same classes each time to attend Band. Sometimes students
will be pulled from reading and math, however, all efforts will be made to
minimize this. Students are responsible for writing the schedule down in
their agenda books.
--------------------------------------
When do I have Chorus?
All 4th and 5th grade chorus will meet Monday and Thursday from 1:10-1:40pm
in
room 175.
--------------------------------------
If I have a progress report can I still attend?
Yes, you are allowed to continue attending rehearsals, however you are
required to complete any missing assignments.
--------------------------------------
If I get two C's or more on my report card can I still be in the Chorus?
No. If you have more than one C on your report card you have to quit until
your the report card has no more than one C.
--------------------------------------
Do I have to be in Band for the entire year?
Students are expected to make a commitment to one full school year of Band.
If students are not keeping up with either the instrument or academics, they
may be dismissed from Band by the teacher. Students may not quit Band
without parent and teacher knowledge or permission.

When is the last day of Chorus?
The last day of chorus will be in June 2007. To be announced.
--------------------------------------
Can I be in both Band and Chorus?
Yes, as long as you are able to keep up with the rest of your classwork,
homework, and grades.
