I graduated from the University of Maryland (go Terps!) in 1990 and went on
to receive a Master's Degree from Loyola College. I have been teaching in
Howard County for 16 years as both a homeroom teacher and a Gifted and
Talented Program resource teacher. I consider myself a very lucky person to
have been given the opportunities to meet so many dedicated and enthusiastic
students. It still shocks me to run into college students who remember me
as if third grade was yesterday!
I have three wonderful children, ages 5, 7 and 8, and a fantastic husband
with whom I share a love for Bruce Springsteen, the beach, and the Giants.
As for baseball and hockey, however, we part ways- I say: Go Yankees and
Rangers!!! After 20 years of trying, I still can't shake the Met/Devil fan
out of him!
Among many other things:
