My educational background consists of a masters degree in gifted education. I
have earned more than 40 additional hours in this field and am certified in
Maryland as a gifted and talented specialist.  I have also
completed certification in administration/supervision.

My background of teaching G/T students for so many years in various U.S.
states has given me a profound appreciation of this motto from the Howard
County G/T Program.  Every student of high ability needs to reach his/her
highest potential and not be delegated to repeat learned goals or objectives.
