Miss Tilley is a proud product of the Howard County Public School System.
She graduated from Howard High School and received a full scholarship to
attend Towson University. A 2005 Summa Cum Laude graduate, she earned her
Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Secondary Education. During her senior year
at Towson University, she studied in Cuernavaca, Mexico. Cuernavaca has
since become a very special city for Miss Tilley and she continues to make
yearly trips to study, travel, and visit with friends. She currently
resides in Columbia with her two cats, Smokey, and Mia. Miss Tilley is an
advocate for the Howard County Animal Shelter, where she adopted both Smokey
and Mia in years past. In her spare time, Miss Tilley enjoys shopping at
Target, watching T.V., and spending time with her family.
