Come to class tomorrow with your five summaries of the significant events
identified on page 171 in your Interactive Reader. The summaries MUST BE ON
LOOSELEAF paper and contain the answers to the questions listed in each box:
who was involved? what happened? Why did this happen, or why was this
important?
On Friday, I will be looking for a rough draft and a final copy of your
paragraph in which you share with me who you admire more: Branch Rickey for
creating and conducting the "noble experiment" or Jackie Robinson for
participating in the "noble experiment." I can't wait to read these!!

Tomorrow is the comma quiz. Be sure to go over the sentences you wrote from
the book, the worksheet we completed together in class, and the rules on pp.
471-473 in the grammar text.
Friday is the Unit 4 vocab test; begin your review tonight if you have not
already done so!
