Dear 1A Parents,

We can hardly believe that this is the last week of school!

Here is the lineup of activities for the week:

Monday: regular school day; school store open in the afternoon

Tuesday: regular school day; school store open in the afternoon

Wednesday: field day: IMPORTANT! PLEASE READ BELOW!

For field day, first grade will be split into two teams: red and gray. Red team wears ANY RED T-SHIRT with their gym shorts, and gray team wears their regular gray gym shirt with their gym shorts.

Red team: Daniel, Teddy, Alena, Christina, Nicholas D., Josephine, Nicholas F., Emily, Kevin, Antonino, Julie, Summer, Victoria, Patrick

Gray team: Avery, Moises, Nadia, Amal, Savini, Jewel, Mariam, Matthew Tull, Alex, Matthew Thomas, Danielle, Piero, Rebecca, Joseph

Thursday: ART DAY FROM 9-11 A.M.; EARLY DISMISSAL AT NOON

Friday: last day of school; full uniform for Mass; DISMISSAL AT 11 A.M.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

1. Mrs. Welton still needs volunteers to help on Thursday at Art Day!

2. If you have not yet done so, please send in $5 to cover the cost of supplies and t-shirts for Art Day.

3. Please have your children bring in Book Reports that have been signed by YOU! We want all the children to have the opportunity to shop at the School Store.

4. I will be sending home a form for my annual summer reading contest. The child who reads the most books over the summer will get a $25 gift certificate from me!

We have so enjoyed having your children in our classroom this year. Thanks for all your support!
