I am happy to be starting my 23rd year here at St.Judes. This will be my 12th 
year as the assistant principal.  I have taught 3rd, 5th, 7th and 8th grades 
during my time here. I love my job and enjoy being in the office, but my 
favorite time of the day is the time that I spend in the classroom with the 
students. My goal in the classroom is to help the students enjoy what we are 
working on...the rest is easy, because if they are actually enjoying what we 
are doing, the learning falls right into place!
When not at school, you will find me at home in Olney where my husband and I 
are usually involved in some sort of home improvement project.  We are very 
lucky that we are also able to spend so much enjoyable time with our children 
and grandchildren.
I have been very blessed in my life - with my own family and also with the 
opportunity to be part of the St.Jude family. I can't think of a better way 
to have spent the past 23 years!
