Kindergarten Supply List and Order FormOptional School Supply Program: We can all appreciate the convenience of having someone do our shopping for us. Shopping for school supplies is no exception. Most of us would prefer to avoid things like digging through bins of “sale” items to find the right color pens, or dashing from store to store for the best deals, or patiently waiting for our little ones to decide whether their spiral notebooks should be blue or red this year.
So, once again St. Jude Regional Catholic School is going to try to ease your burden by offering a School Supply Program (SSP). The supply costs per grade for the 2013-2014 school year are as follows: TBA
If you wish to participate, please complete the attached form and return it to the school office with payment in an envelope marked “School Supply Program”. Please do NOT send cash and make your check payable to St. Jude School.
