About The Teacher
Hello! I am so excited to be teaching at St. Margaret's School! I have attended Catholic Schools from 1st through College. I attended Immaculate Conception, The Institute of Notre Dame and Mt. St. Mary's University (B.A.). I completed my post-Bacculareate work at Towson University (Certification and Masters Equivilency). I received my Bachelor of Arts from Mt. St. Mary's and Certification in Elementary Education Grade 1-8, and a Master's Equivilency in Elementary Education from Towson University. Additionally, I have compled some course work at Goucher College. I taught in the Baltimore County Public School system for 16 years. During that time I taught 1st and 2nd grade at Stoneleigh Elementary for 13 years. Feeling the need to branch out and serve a different population, I gained a Special Education Endorsement for Special Education. For the next 3 years I taught Special Education students in Baltimore and Harford Counties. I am so happy to return to the classroom as well as get an opportunity to share and teach my faith. I am looking forward to a wonderful year full of learning, faith and discovery. My husband and I live in Bel Air with our dog, Luciano (Looch). We are parishoners of St. Ignatius Church in Hickory. Both my husband and I enjoy traveling. My favorite hobbies are shopping, cooking and baking.

The mission for our class this year is that we follow in the footsteps of Jesus by treating each other with care and respect and helping our brothers and sisters in need.
