About The Teacher
I attended 12 years of Catholic school and graduated from Rosemont College
in Philadelphia, a Catholic Women’s college. I taught the Pre K class at The
Seedling Learning center in King of Prussia, Pa.,second grade at Holy
Cross Catholic School in Philadelphia and 1st grade at Our Lady Queen of
Peace in Middle River. This will be my fourth year teaching first grade at
St. Margaret.
I have four children attending St. Margaret, PJ,my eldest graduated this year
and will be attending Archbishop Curley. Brian in 8th, Gavin
in 5th, Grace in 3rd and my youngest Connor will be in 1st grade.
I enjoy being outside with my children, gardening, reading, going on
family vacations to the beach and doing home improvement projects with my
husband Phil. This year I will continue to work toward my Catechist
Certification and continue to work as a Religion Coordinator in our
school community. I am excited to be working with another wonderful class of
children and their families!!
Mission For The Class
I want each child in my class to know that they are SPECIAL! We will learn
that each of us is a puzzle piece of God’s creation and we will learn this
year that "respect begins with ourselves". I want each child to be
respectful of others, and the world that was created by God. Each child will
grow to have a love for reading and writing. I want your children to develop
strong math skills that will encourage critical thinking skills. We will
learn and help one another throughout the year, and we will always try to
find something to SMILE about during our day!!!!!
