Ms. McArdle grew up in Connecticut. She attended Hofstra University in New
York, and later transfered to Towson University where she received her B.S. in
English/Secondary Education. She then attended the College of Notre Dame
where she received her M.A. in Educational Leadership.
Ms. McArdle taught for eight years in Baltimore County, and this will be her
third year at Howard High School.
Ms. McArdle is completing her National Teacher Certification during the school
year (2008-09) and will be beginning a Ph.D program in Curriculum and
Instruction at the University of Maryland in Fall 2009.
