I am recruiting students (7th and 8th Grade) who are interested in designing
and creating a 3-D model for the Future City competition. The competition is
held at the Baltimore Museum of Industry on January 16. Winners can win prizes
and will be selected to represent the Baltimore Region in the National finals
in Washington , DC. Students will work in teams of three to create a model of
a city, and a presentation describing their city to a panel of judges. This is
an excellent opportunity for students who are artistic and are interested in
pursuing engineering degrees.
