Science is very exciting, always changing, and sometimes hard to understand.
But that's okay! We want to find out about many different kinds of sciences
and also find out how these ideas and concepts apply to our everyday world.
The more we know about science, the more we can understand our place in this
changing and complex world. During this year we will study weather and
climate, geology, ecology, and astronomy. The question of the week is: Why
couldn't Alfred Wegener prove to his fellow scientists his theory of
Continental Drift?
