Quizzes from Friday 9/29/07 have been graded and will come home to be signed
on Monday 10/01/07.
We will start the French and Indian War on Monday 10/01/07
10/01/07 Students will be given a review sheet (GT students will make one)

Colonial America and the French and Indian War. We will have a test on
Friday 10/05/
07. GT reports on part one of Johnny Tremain are due Friday 10/05/07
10/03/07 Parents, please speak with your child and ask if they need to make
up any tests or quizzes. I have a few students who need to take one or two
due to absences. I have asked several times and still they remain untaken.
This will result in a 0 if not made up. Student may come on Fridays during
core, at lunch (I am willing to stay) or at Falcon time.

10/05 Johnny Tremain part one was handed in today, part 2 will be handed out
Monday and due Friday Thurs. Oct 18th.
Tests were taken in all classes today and will be graded this weekend, look
for them to come home on Monday.
All, The website is up and running, therefore, all announcement will be made here

Period 1 received their Johnny Tremain part II today due to scheduling
difficulties Mon. and Tues. as a result, the students were given several
extra days for its completion. The new due date is October 22. I hope this
helps everyone.
All classes can expect to take the BCR portion of their quarterly assessment
early next week. It will be Monday or Tuesday. I will give them a mock BCR
in preparation, and go over likely material (without giving them the question)
that will be considered on this portion of the assessment.
10/16 Students completed the first BCR of the Quarterly Assessment. They
received grade sheets and should have them signed and returned. Wednesday
10/17 we will begin Lexington and Concord and the 1st Continental Congress
10/23 I handed out Reviews for the Quarterly Assessment today
The BCR/B will be given on Friday October 26 and the Assessment will be given
on Monday Oct ober 29
Assessments were handed out today 10/29...Notebooks will be collected tomorrow
10/30...A check list was handed out with grading rubric.
10/30 We worked on My Space today and will continue tomorrow. I am
collecting and grading them tomorrow.
11/5 Notebooks were graded on Friday and handed back today. Grade sheets were
given in class and need a signature.
11/6 Review sheets were given out for a test that will be on Tuesday Nov.
13th. It is on the American Revolution...
Johnny Tremain Part II has been collected (Monday/Tues Nov. 5/6)
Johnny Tremain Part III is due Wed for Period I and Thurs for Period II
There will be a test on the American Revolution on Thursday Nov. 15th. (this
date has been moved from Tues. Nov. 13th as we have not finished the Unit.)
Wed. Nov. 14th will be a review. All students have been given a review sheet.
