                                                        LICE

Anyone can get head lice. If it happens to you or your child, don’t panic. Children play in close contact with each other, exchange hats, clothing, brushes, combs and ‘sleep-over’ at their friends homes. These activities can result in the transmission of head lice from one to another.

*Let the school know if your child has head lice.*

Usually an over-the counter lice remedy works if used properly. It is a time consuming process. It involves cleaning of linens, brushes, towels, etc.  Students may not return to school until all lice and nits are gone.
