After school supervision (After Care) is available for St. Martin 's 
students only from 2:45 – 6:00 p.m. on regular days and from 12:15 – 6:00 
p.m. on half days. The After Care Program is licensed by Montgomery County 
and the staff is certified by the State of Maryland . An After Care Program 
Handbook is available to all parents.

In addition to a $25 annual registration, the fee for full time (every 
school day) After Care is $65.00 per week per child. Drop-in (up to three 
days per week) care is available at $6.00 per hour or any part of an hour, 
per child. Admission to drop-in is limited to space availability.  
 
Full-time After Care families will be charged the weekly fee for 
Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter weeks to cover the After Care extra 
hours when school is dismissed at 12:15. These extra hours include the 
first and last weeks of school, and approximately ten half-days of school 
during the school year.

After Care payments are due each Monday, and checks should be made out to 
St. Martin 's School. If an account is more than 30 days in arrears, 
students will not be allowed to attend After Care until the bill is paid in 
full.  
   
 Late pick-ups (after 6 p.m. ) will be subject to an additional fee of $1.00 
per minute , which shall be paid directly to the After Care provider on 
duty. This fee may be waived in emergency situations. Please call if you 
have an emergency and must be late.
