BRING TO THE MEETING:
1. Documentation of proof of custody.
2. Documenation of proof of residency in Biddeford (notarized lease
agreement, etc.) that has your current address on it.
REGISTRATION FORMS
There are many papers to complete during this process. You may either fill
those out at your meeting with Guidance, or print them from the district's
Web site and bring them in already completed. You can access those documents
at www.biddschools.org. On the left column, click on the yellow
button "school registration." On the next page, in the middle of the page,
click on the place to download the forms. Print all forms.
SCHOOL TOUR
Once forms are completed, the guidance counselor will ask you information
about the student's academic history. We will also give you a tour of the
school if you'd like to walk around. Any questions you have could be
answered here.
BUS COMPANY
To contact the bus company, please call 282-0909. Tell them your child's name
(s) and your address. They will let you know the bus number and an estimated
time of bus arrival and drop off.
FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL
Students should arrive at 7:20 a.m. and go to the Guidance office. A
counselor will provide them with a schedule and agenda book. They will also
take the student to her/his classes. Students will be set up with a student
buddy from her/his new team. This buddy will help the student find her/his
way around the school those first few days.
