Family-Project-Editing-Practice.key7th grade "Ma famille" project redo: If you are not satisfied with the grade you earned on your family slideshow project and you would like to improve your grade, then you have the option to do the following:
Create a second slide show entitled "Ma famille" or "Mon album de photos."
The guidelines are the same as for the original assignment, as is the rubric. You must include: yourself & your generation and 2 additional generations (for a total of at least 8 people, including yourself); a "photo" of each person (with credits for any photos used); the person's relationship to you, his/her name and age; a description of the person (e.g. he is very smart and tall); finally, a statement saying something he/she likes and/or dislikes.
You must write in complete sentences so that in the end, your final product for each page will be a paragraph about the person pictured.
NOTE: Your redo must be a newly created project, not just a corrected duplication of the first; however, you may reuse the photos/pics you used initially. You will not have to present your project again.
GRADE: your first project will count as 25% and your redo will count as 75%
example: Possible first project grade = 35/50 x 0.25 =
8.75 Possible redo grade = 47/50 x 0.75 =
35.25 8.75 + 35.25 =
44 44/50 = 88% (this would replace your first grade of 35/50, or 70%)
