Our Persons of the Week the past couple of weeks have been Austin Redmun
and Olivia Washburn.

Tues., Nov. 10 - Parent conferences
Wed., Nov. 11 - Veteran's Day holiday
You are all signed up for parent conferences, and I am looking forward
to sharing your child's achievements and successes with you.
Attached you will find a copy of the writing prompt your child
completed. It is scored using the 3rd grade rubric or list of skills. It is
an idicator of the skills your child is demonstrating and also of those
skills your child needs to focus upon. I will reference this prompt with you
at parent conference. Consider this what we call "a sneak preview'!
In math, we are busily making and interpreting data and graphs.
Reptiles are the animal classification we are exploring in science.
Reading groups are in full swing, and I will be sharing with you at
parent conferences the level at which your child is reading.
