Announcements

Things are settled in for the year! I am completing the paperwork for all my
asthmatic students and those with food/insect allergies. Some of that was
completed during the open house in September.
There have been a variety of illnesses so far. Several cases of strep in
both grade levels, one student with pneumonia, lots of colds and the ever
present stomach viruses!!!
HANDWASHING is still the #1 way to prevent the spread of common illness-
producing germs!! Another trick is: Teach your child to cough or sneeze into
the fold of their elbows or turn into their shoulder!! This keeps the germs
off their hands, and they are not spreading those infectious water droplets
into the air!! PLEASE refer to my FAQ section for specific information on
policies related to illness and injury.
