Keeping Me Healthy is a great website designed by the Maine Center for Public
Health and the Maine Youth Overweight Collaborative. It uses the acronym
5-2-1-0 to promote eating more fruit and vegetables, decreasing all "screen
time" use, getting more physical activity and cutting out all sugary drinks
and soda for children.

Looking for information on the newly designed food pyramid? Check out the
website below. Great information for parents and kids, with some games to help
them learn and have fun. Also the colorful new pyramid is easier to use and
follow.

If you are looking for information on exercise and ways to increase physical
activity for you and your kids this is a great site that talks about a walking
program.

Say Boo to the Flu is a great website for parents to review information
regarding the influenza virus. Who should be vaccinated, when and which
method of vaccine should my child receive are just a few of the questions that
parents can find information to.
