Dear Parents,
Student-Parent-Teacher conferences will be held on Thursday, November 5th,
and Thursday, November 12th starting at 3:00 and concluding by 6:30.Your
twenty minute conference will allow you and your child to conference with each
core teacher. We need to stick to a tight schedule in order to accommodate as
many families as possible.
Below is an appointment schedule. Please indicate first, second and third
choices for your appointment. Due to changes in the conference format,we
can accommodate 40 parent conferences per night. Please have your child return
this notice to Mrs. Clark as soon as possible; we will schedule on a
first-come, first-served basis. Thank you.
