Parent Effectiveness in Resolving Conflict with Teens(PERC): Workshop:
$35 per person or couple (includes books) To register call Kennebunk Adult
Education at 985-1116. Offered periodically through the year in 6-week
sessions. Scholarships available. Call 854-2268 x18 or 19 for scholarship
information. Instructor is Rachel Phipps, LMSW-CC. Kennebunk Adult

Parenting Course: Wells Adult Education, Wells High School. Call 646-
4565 to ask about schedule and registration. Class offered in the past is
geared towards parents of 10-17 year olds. The approach is based on
Systematic Training in Effective Parenting, but incorporates a book written
by the instructor. Cost is $50 per family unit (includes book).
Scholarships may be available on request.
PERC. Deering High School. Register with Deb Dunlap at 874-1175. Fee is
$120 , includes three books. Reduced fee and scholarships available.
Parent Network Group Meeting. Call Rachel Phipps if interested at 985-2102,
ext. 1343. For parents of teens or preteens. Meetings are facilitated by
Rachel Phipps, LMSW, or Jane Card.
Parent Resource Center. Private parenting sessions at home. Call 324-1371
Also "Family Peace Plan" 6-hour workshop covering family meetings,
communication, time management and more.
