Short for Web-based seminar, a webinar is a presentation, workshop, or seminar that is transmitted over the Web. Webinar's are just like a conference room based seminar; however, participants view the presentation through their Web-browser and listen to the audio through their computer speakers or telephone. A key feature of a Webinar is its interactive elements -- the ability to give, receive, and discuss information. Study Island's Live 30-Minute Product Demonstrations will show you the features and benefits of our state specific standards mastery programs. Each of our demonstrations will highlight a specific state program; however, participating in any of our demonstrations will give you a basic knowledge and understanding of all Study Island programs.
