It is recommended that your child uses MathFacts in a Flash at least three
times a week, for 10-15 minute sessions. Please see the ‘Links’ section below
to access MathFacts in a Flash Home Connect.
*A student cannot master a level in Home Connect. The child must
meet the mastery criteria on a MathFacts in a Flash test taken at
school before the program will mark the level as mastered.
*Home Connect will display information about the student’s last
session in school, as well as their last session at home.
*The student answers the questions by using the mouse to click an
answer. Students cannot use the keyboard to select an answer,
even if that is the option selected at school.
*Unanswered questions in Home Connect are always scored as
incorrect. Results from practices and tests the student completes
in Home Connect will not be displayed on school reports.
*The mastery time goal to take tests on Home Connect cannot be
changed. It is always 2 minutes.
*Students can take practices and tests on Home Connect
more than once.
