Chapman Elementary has started a school wide behavior plan.  The 
three basic rules apply in the classroom, hallways, lunchroom, and 
playground.

1. Be Respectful
2. Be Responsible
3. Be Safe

We have given specific examples for our second graders to follow in 
the classroom.

1. Be Respectful = Use kind words, treat others fairly, share, 
listen when others are talking, and raise your hand and wait to be 
called on to speak.
2.  Be Responsible = Clean up your own mess, be prepared for class, 
complete your work
3.  Be Safe = Keep your hands, feet, and other objects to yourself, 
and walk

Please do not allow your child to bring toys to school unless 
otherwise stated, they are a distraction during learning.
