2.	AP Chemistry:  AP Chemistry students for next year should see Br. 
Xavier in room 609 for their summer assignments.

3.	AP Physics B:  Students taking AP Physics B next year should pick up 
their summer assignment from Mrs. Spencer in room 606.

4.	PARKING PASSES: If you wish to take advantage of the Early Bird 
special for 2009-2010 parking passes, you may do so between now and the last 
day of school. 
 You must already have a currently assigned spot (we cannot reserve spots if 
you do not already have a license)
 The cost is $45.00. Payment can be made in the main office or with Mr. Dean.
 You will need to provide vehicle information is anything has changed.
 Checks are made payable to “De La Salle Collegiate”
 Final Day is Wednesday, June 10, 2009. After that date, there will be no 
distribution of passes until August.

						ATHLETICS

		Baseball:   Var. vs. Hartland at 4:30 pm on Tuesday, June 9th 
at Bishop Foley
		
Soccer:    Make sure you turn your Eastside Camp Forms in and your SAQ 
Forms.  SAQ
			      will start on Monday, June 15th.  Captains 
practice will be Mon, Wed, and Fri 
			      from 9:30 to 11:30 at Whispering Woods starting 
also on the 15th.

		Clay Target:  Sportsmen’s Club members who are preparing for 
the state championships
				are reminded that there will be practice 
sessions at the D.S.C. on Wednesday 	
				afternoons (skeet and trap) and Saturday 
mornings (Sporting Clays).  
				Students who are not competing in the 
championships are always welcome, 
				too.

		JV Lacrosse:  JV Lacrosse Candidates:  Every current freshman 
student who is interested
				in playing JV Lacrosse next year should meet 
with Coaches Jolly, Ludeman, 
				and Stockton today from 11:40 a.m. to 12 
noon.  This is a very important
				informational meeting.

1.	Would you like to choose your locker for next year?? – We will be 
continuing the policy where you can choose the area where your locker will be 
next year.  To choose a locker, you must be willing to have a locker partner 
next year.  However, students may choose who their locker partner is and the 
area where their locker will be.  You are guaranteed NOT to be in a corner.  
Fill out forms in the main office.  The form MUST be turned in on or before 
Friday, June 5th.  There will be no choices of lockers or locker partners 
after that time.  Students not participating in this program may be assigned 
a locker partner at random.  THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL HAVE YOUR 
OWN LOCKER NEXT YEAR!

��2. Current AP Students:  Mandatory test registration for AP exams on ��
Thurs. April 30th from 2:45 to 3:15 pm in the cafeteria.  Bring a number 2 ��
pencil and your social security number.  Test forms MUST be completed before 
��
the exam!!!��
��3. Student of the Month:  Congratulations to Kevin Carroll who is the ��
Student of the Month for April.��
��4. Eagle Scout Project:  Freshman, Aaron Mueller is organizing donations ��
for the benefit of Turning Point shelter who aids victims of domestic ��
violence and sexual assault.  He is looking for donations of non-violent Wii 
��
games (rated E or T), Wii controllers, children play toys (new or gently ��
used), used men’s dress shirts, new/used aprons or smocks and any monetary ��
donations.  Donations can be placed in the chapel, money donations can be ��
made in the main office.  Bring in your donations from April 20-April 30.��
��5. Hunter Safety Class:  At Detroit Sportsmen’s Congress, Registration ��
on Monday, April 20th.  The 3-day class runs from Friday, April 24th – ��
Sunday, April 26th.  Enrollment is limited.  More information on line at: ��

��6. Seniors:  Right after Easter break we will be coming into the ��
classrooms to ask you for your college decision and possible major. Remember,

also, that the college decision deadline is May 1st all across the country.��

of scholarship and award letters.  Please have ready a copy of this for the 
��
graduation bulletin.  The scholarship letter should be from any and all ��
colleges and universities who have awarded you a scholarship, not only the ��
one you have chosen to attend. ��
