3. School Board Report:

4. Treasurers Report:

• Karen Thompson
• The budget was passed.
• Kathy Frazier
• Kathy will not be returning as Student Accounts Treasurer.

5. Fundraisers:

• Candy Bar Sale; dates; update
• Going well.
• Fall Sale; dates
• Holly Boburka and Tania Kurzawa are the chairs.
• No dates yet
• Auction
• Brenda Washnock said the ticket prices would be the same if they switch to Upfront and Company; she suggested that the space at St. Michael’s would not work well.
• The other aspects of planning are under way.
• Tamara Leadbetter is no longer working on the auction, and Brenda said she would chair it.
• Someone is needed to shadow Brenda.

6. H&S Sponsored Events:

• Coffee Social

o Tia Arnsten is planning it, and Julie Christianson will be helping.

7. Grant Requests/Updates:

· VBS grant update; Karen Thompson

o The $500.00 grant that was given for VBS last year will be carried over to this year.

8. Old Business:

· New Officers needed

· Track uniforms

o Michele Boehmer will check with the athletic director to see if a grant is needed for new track uniforms.

· Highlight on Third Source Funding

o Kathy Weber would like to do a write-up on how much she made for the school and how long it took to save Econo labels over the summer.

9. New Business:

· Basketball hoop at the middle school needs to be replaced because someone broke it over the summer.

· Tia Arnsten suggested that Home and School grant some money to help with painting, since Jackie Wright did most of it herself over the summer. Others suggested getting volunteers to help from the volunteer list.
