5th Grade Greetings!
Welcome back to a new year! 2010 is off to a busy start after our holiday break, making 2nd quarter
just FLY by. In Reading we are beginning our Novel Study on The Tale of Despereaux and in Religion we
are moving on to a sacrament unit. 5th grade is always
busy, but fun!
As always, I have several extra copies of all texts and novels if any parents would like to preview books.
If you have any 5th grade questions, please stop by room 9 any time and see Mrs. Shunk or see your
favorite 5th grader to learn more!
Mondays and Wednesdays are the main Reading days in Mrs. Shunk's room.
Tuesdays and Thursdays are the main Writing & Language Arts days in Mrs.
