As a child, I attended a Lutheran Elementary school through 8th grade. Due to
the influence of some wonderful teachers, I knew from a very early age that I
wanted to teach in Lutheran Schools. After graduating from Concordia
University in Seward, NE, I taught all grades from PK-3 through 8th grade in
NC, Il, and for the past 22 years here at Our Savior
I have been married to Lee for 31 years. We have two sons. Scott and his wife
Jessica live in North Carolina. They have blessed us with two grandsons:
Cameron - five years old, and Noah, who will be two in October. Josh and his
wife live in Holt, Michigan. In April of 2008 they blessed us with our
third grandson - Matias Jacob.
Besides my family, a special joy that I have is being part of the Our Savior
family. I consider it a gift from God that I have been permitted to work with
such an outstanding school and church staff. It is a privilege to be
entrusted with assisting families with the Christian and academic education of
their children and it is a responsibility I take seriously and with great joy.
