Healthy Eating

Here at SJS we are all trying to promote healthy lifestyles.  In my classroom 
we alternate our snack times with the morning and afternoon, but regardless 
of when we eat, all of our snacks should be healthy options.  Please send 
water instead of fruit juices.  Below are some good ideas to pack for 
snacks.  If you have other ideas, please pass them along.

Healthy snack ideas:

Pretzels                 Yogurt
Fruit                       Veggies
Muffins                  Granola Bars
Goldfish                Turkey Sticks
SunChips               Low-fat microwave popcorn
Animal crackers   Graham crackers
Box of raisins        Rice Cakes
Fig Bars                 Whole grain crackers
Low fat cottage cheese with fruit
