Introduction

February is Black History Month. In celebration of this event, your local 
Public Broadcasting Station (PBS) is developing a series of biographical 
documentaries on notable African Americans in Michigan.  You're invited to 
participate in this worthwhile project by selecting and researching one of 
these noteworthy African Americans.  Using your best reporting, writing and 
directing skills you will create a 3-5 minute video highlighting their life 
and contributions.
