Dear Parents,
A note came home before the Thanksgiving Break that mentioned the holiday party we will be having. Every student got the name of another student in the class to buy a book for. This is their secret pal. We will be exchanging books with our secret pals in the afternoon on December 18th. Your child can bring in their wrapped book for their secret pal any time between now and the morning of December 18th. If there is a hardship with getting a book, please let me know so that everyone will have something to open at our holiday party.
Additional news: Our student teacher, Mr. Donald's, last official day will be on Friday, December 11th. He will be here during the last week of class before vacation as well for the students to say goodbye and ease the transition. We will be having a party for him on the 11th of December, as that is his official last day. We will surely miss him.
