March is Reading Month Our theme this year at Randall is . . . Reading Across Michigan Here are some of the activities that have been planned for the month . . . 1 ~ Classroom Displays Every classroom will choose a city in Michigan and decorate outside their classrooms. We will have a contest for the best display. 2 ~ Reading Contest On Monday, March 2nd, students will take home a reading log to keep track of the minutes that they read each day at home. Students will turn in the log to their teacher, signed by their parent on Monday, March 9th. The teacher will keep track of the total minutes read for her class. Mrs. Patts will place the amount of hours for each class on a bar graph outside the Library. Then on Monday, March 9th, the process will start over for the next week in March.
